I’ve been considering in my heart what offering I may have to bring a bit of upliftment to our challenging times both close to home and globally.
I’m reminded that we can sometimes be so focused on winning at work and in life we forget that what we are resonating from within is the silent director of our future.
Defined: To resonate means to continue to produce a loud, clear, deep sound/vibration for a long time.
We are vibrational beings generating energy all the time. We are giving off a resonance—our unique sound.
We are in a time where it’s a necessity to be resilient, decisive, and empowered. Over time this is becoming more of a non-negotiable than ever before. While we have profound challenges, we are adaptable and have unlimited opportunities!
I encourage you to remain heartfelt and resonate with positive decisive actions, as this directly influences your emotions and your future.
The following are three actions that have guided me to resonate with what empowerment means for me. I hope they bring you support and guidance looking forward.

Challenge and trust yourself to make decisions within 90 seconds. Remember, this week is about being courage-driven and heart-led. Start with decisions that don’t have much pressure, then build to something that challenges your skill to decide. If you’re feeling intense emotion – feel it for 90 seconds, then decide to let it go so you can move on to creating positive action. Take a deep breath.
